Task description: Subject of contract is elaboration of project documentation concerning reconstruction of Kostrzyńska Street at the section with a length of approx. 1,900 m-from Słoneczny Square to the crossroads with Dobra Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski together with obtaining all necessary documents, decisions and agreements for realization of works, including ZRID decision and performance of author’s supervision for entire period of investment realization for the investment “ Reconstruction of Kostrzyńska Street”. Project documentation must enable staging the works throughout of realization of investment considering the following sections: 1) section I-covering construction of new southern part of Kostrzyńska Street, reconstruction of the existing viaduct over the railway tracks, construction of roundabout, construction of storm water drainage, construction of road lighting, 2) section II-covering reconstruction of tram tracks, tram loop and overhead contact line, 3) section III- covering reconstruction of the existing roadway at Kostrzyńska Street.
Industries/Scope: dewatering concept, obtaining map for project purposes, geotechnical documentation, geotechnical conditions for foundations of construction objects; geological-engineering documentation, obtaining water-legal permit for construction of all devices requiring this type of permit, as well as for drainage of storm and thaw waters, updating report on the impact on environment with necessary environmental inventory control and obtaining decision on environmental conditionings, conduct of assessment of the impact of venture on environment, elaboration of geodetic documentation concerning projects of division of plots-multi-sectoral construction project together with an information concerning safety and health protection, executive designs for all industries, investor cost estimates and bills of quantities, Technical Specifications of Performance and Handover of Works, project of temporary traffic organization, project of permanent traffic organization.
